Muhibbî Divânı

Kara Memi

In order to accompany the facsimile of Muhibbî Divânı, a second, smaller version of Kara Memi had been planned. The text was abridged, the number of illustrations was reduced to the most essential ones. These changes allowed me to design a book having the same dimensions as Muhibbî Divânı.

Compared to the large edition, this version gives a taste of the poems together with their translations. It is more in keeping with the intimate nature of the original thanks to its small size.
