Ulus 29
Since the sixties Metin Fadıllıoğlu’s venues have been the “in” spots, setting the trends of Istanbul’s nightlife.
The book is a farewell document by Fadıllıoğlu. It gives an idea of each venue and culminates in Ulus 29 where food, entertainment and interior decoration combined to create a memorable place.

It appears on the endpapers, in the lines that underline chapter headings and that mark the menus, and in the exaggerated ellipses indicating the continuation of text passages.
